This medicine is used in the treatment of dry cough. It also provides relief from cough, throat irritation, sneezing and stuffy nose caused due to an allergy or cold. ALEX syrup has a combination of three medicines, namely chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine.

Use a measuring spoon or cup for exact quantities. Do not consume the Alex syrup directly from the bottle. Storage and Disposal of ALEX • Always store the Syrup at room temperature. • Keep it away from light and moisture. • Keep it away from children and pets. Dosage Instruction • Over dose instructions – If you take overdose of this syrup and feel symptoms like drowsiness, fusing and twitching of muscles then immediately contact your doctor. • Missed dose instructions – If you have missed a dose of this syrup, take the next dose as soon as you remember. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one. Precautions and Warning • Don’t consume alcohol with Alex syrup. If you did, then immediately consult with your doctor. • Alex syrup may be unsafe to use if you are pregnant. • If you are breast feeding your baby and want to consume this syrup then first consult your doctor. • Alex syrup is probably unsafe for patients with liver and kidney disease.
