1) What are the reasons for constipation?

• Constipation is one of the most common health problems. Unhealthy eating practices, inadequate sleep, age, sedentary lifestyle, and stressful life are some of the common triggers for constipation. Lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and anti-inflammatory disorder also put you at an increased risk of constipation irrespective of your age.

2)  How does Cremaffin work?

• It works on the principle of ‘more the water, softer the stools’. The milk of magnesia works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis.
