Dufox OZ Tablet is a combination medication containing Ofloxacin (200 mg) and Ornidazole (500 mg), designed to effectively treat a wide range of bacterial infections including those of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal system, and genitourinary system. Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial DNA synthesis, thereby stopping bacterial growth. This combination makes Dufox OZ particularly effective against severe and mixed infections. The tablet should be taken with water as prescribed by a healthcare professional, ensuring not to crush or chew it.
