This medicine is generally safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding, but you should ask your doctor.
How it works:
Kymox 500mg Capsule is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) that is needed for them to survive.

Safety Advice: Kidney: Kymox 500mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Use of this medicine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver: Kymox 500mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended while you are taking this medicine
