Eslo 1.25mg Tablet contains S-Amlodipine, a medication used to manage essential hypertension and angina pectoris. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of blood vessels, which helps lower blood pressure and reduce the heart's workload, thereby stabilizing heart rate and improving oxygen delivery to heart muscles. Eslo is taken orally as directed by a physician, ensuring proper dosage based on individual health conditions. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, and nausea, but these are typically manageable with medical guidance. Eslo should be used cautiously in patients with liver or kidney impairments and is not recommended for certain heart conditions. Always consult your doctor before starting or adjusting the dosage.

ESLO 1.25MG TABLET lowers blood pressure through a direct relaxant effect on the smooth muscles of blood vessels. In cases of angina, it decreases the pressure the heart must work against, stabilizes the heart rate, and thus reduces the heart's energy consumption and oxygen demands. Additionally, it likely dilates the main coronary arteries, improving oxygen delivery to the heart muscle, especially in patients experiencing coronary artery spasm.
