    LOX 2% INJ

Lox 2 Injection is a local anesthetic solution containing lidocaine, designed to provide effective and rapid numbing for various medical and dental procedures. This 30 ml injectable formulation ensures precise dosing and ease of use, making it ideal for inducing local anesthesia. With its quick onset and duration of action lasting up to 2 hours, Lox 2 Injection is highly reliable for minor surgical and dental interventions. It offers a favorable safety profile, minimizing the risk of systemic side effects when administered correctly, making it a trusted choice for healthcare professionals.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredient: Contains 2 lidocaine, an effective local anesthetic. Usage: Primarily used to induce local anesthesia for minor surgical procedures, dental procedures, and other interventions requiring numbing. Onset and Duration: Provides rapid onset of action within minutes and lasts for approximately 1-2 hours. Formulation: Comes in a 30 ml injectable solution, ensuring precise dosage and easy administration. Safety Profile: Well-tolerated with a low risk of systemic side effects when used as directed.

    How it works:

LOX 2% INJECTION is an anaesthetic agent. It reduces pain sensation and causes numbness in body parts by blocking the flow of certain ions (sodium ions) through the nerves that cause pain sensation. As a result, it limits the transfer of pain signals from the peripheral parts of the body (i.e., the face, hands, legs, abdomen, and pelvis) to the brain, leading to a loss of sensation. It also normalizes heart rate by blocking the generation of abnormal electrical signals in the heart.

    Directions for use:

LOX 2% INJECTION will be administered by a doctor or a trained anesthesiologist. The correct dose and site of administration will be determined based on your age, body weight, health condition, and the type of nerve block required for anesthesia or pain relief. It can be administered locally to the region where loss of sensation (numbness) is needed, or it can be injected into a vein, around the spinal cord, or near a nerve to induce numbness during surgeries (such as a caesarean section or other major surgeries) to prevent pain sensation.
