Vobit M 0.3mg Tablet contains Metformin and Voglibose, used to manage type II diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and therapy with single agents do not result in adequate glycemic control. It works by reducing glucose production in the liver and delaying glucose absorption from the intestines. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, and dizziness. It is not recommended for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or patients with severe kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor before using this medication.
Active Ingredients: Metformin 500 mg, Voglibose 0.3 mg Mechanism: Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver, Voglibose delays glucose absorption in the intestines Administration: Oral tablet, as directed by a physician Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, or patients with severe kidney or liver conditions Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, dizziness
VOBIT M 0.3MG aids in regulating blood sugar levels. Metformin reduces glucose release from the liver into the bloodstream, while voglibose reversibly inhibits various carbohydrate digestive enzymes (e.g., sucrose, maltose, zomaltase) in the gut, delaying glucose digestion and absorption into the bloodstream.
