Safety Advice: Kidney: Sorexin 125mg Dry Syrup should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Liver: Sorexin 125mg Dry Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment is recommended.
