Directions for use:

Insert the capsule into the capsule chamber or the designated hole in the inhalation device and pierce it by adjusting the device. 2. Place the mouthpiece of the device between your teeth and close your mouth tightly. Breathe in deeply and rapidly through your mouth. 3. Hold your breath for 10 seconds or as long as comfortable, then breathe out normally. Repeat the steps for any additional inhalations. 4. After inhalation, rinse your mouth with water and spit it out, or brush your teeth.
