Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet is a combination pain-relieving medicine used to manage moderate to severe pain. This includes pain after surgery, injury, or severe muscle pain. It works by acting on the brain to reduce the perception of pain and provide effective relief. Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. If it causes stomach upset, take it with food. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised. Common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and tend to resolve over time. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, consult your doctor for guidance. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice any rash or signs of an allergic reaction while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. This medicine is not recommended for people with severe liver impairment or those with uncontrolled epilepsy.

How it works:
Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Paracetamol which relieve severe pain. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
Directions for use:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Warning & Precaution:
Safety Advice: Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet
Pregnancy: Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy as there is positive evidence of fetal risk based on animal studies. However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks.
Breast feeding: Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet may be safe to use during breastfeeding. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Driving: Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney: Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Liver: Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
However, the use of Klowin Plus 37.5mg/500mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease or active liver disease.
