How it works:
ASTHALIN RESPULE is a bronchodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles in the airways, causing them to widen. It also inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers, such as those from mast cells, that cause inflammation and swelling. This reduces airway inflammation, prevents the airways from becoming constricted, and allows air to flow more freely, making breathing easier.
Directions for use:
Use ASTHALIN RESPULE daily until your doctor advises otherwise. It is intended for inhalation only, so inhale the medicine through your mouth and not through your nose. This medicine should be used with a nebulizer as prescribed by your doctor. Follow the instructions in the enclosed leaflet carefully. Start by twisting open the ampoules and squeezing all the liquid into the nebulizer chamber. If your doctor has instructed, dilute the contents with sterile saline solution (sodium chloride). Turn on the nebulizer and breathe in the fine mist calmly and deeply through a face mask or mouthpiece. After inhalation, rinse your mouth with water and either spit it out or brush your teeth. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose, duration of therapy, and type of nebulizer based on your age, body weight, and medical condition. During inhalation, protect your eyes and face from the mist to avoid irritation. After use, clean the nebulizer, face mask, and mouthpiece with warm water. Children should use this medicine only under close adult supervision.

DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if your ability is affected by ASTHALIN RESPULE. ALLERGY Do not use ASTHALIN RESPULE if you are allergic to Salbutamol. LUNGS ASTHALIN RESPULE should be used with caution in patients with lung infections. Therefore, consult your doctor before using it. HEART DISEASE ASTHALIN RESPULE should be used with caution in patients with heart diseases, such as recent heart attacks, irregular or rapid heartbeat, or angina.
