KIDNEY DEXTOMID 50MCG INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney issues. Consult your doctor before receiving this medication. LIVER DEXTOMID 50MCG INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with severe liver problems. Consult your doctor before receiving this medication. ALLERGY Do not receive DEXTOMID 50MCG INJECTION if you are allergic to dexmedetomidine or any other ingredients in the medication. HEART DISEASE DEXTOMID 50MCG INJECTION is not recommended for patients with heart rhythm disorders (such as grade 2 or 3 heart block), very low blood pressure that does not respond to treatment, or certain heart conditions. Inform your doctor if you have an abnormally slow heart rate, whether due to illness or high physical fitness, as this may increase the risk of cardiac arrest. Additionally, inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, chronic hypertension, or other heart diseases.
