ALLERGY Do not take LEVOFLOX 500MG TABLET if you are allergic to levofloxacin, other quinolone antibiotics (such as moxifloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin), or any other ingredients of this medicine. HEART DISEASE Use LEVOFLOX 500MG TABLET cautiously in patients with heart problems such as prolonged QT interval, very slow heart rhythm, weak heart, myocardial infarction, heart valve regurgitation, aortic aneurysm/dissection, endocarditis, or congenital heart valve disease. Consult your doctor before taking LEVOFLOX 500MG TABLET. PEDIATRICS LEVOFLOX 500MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years).
