    NEXPRO L TABLET

Nexpro L Capsule combines Esomeprazole and Levosulpiride to manage GERD and peptic ulcers effectively. Esomeprazole inhibits stomach acid secretion, while Levosulpiride enhances gastric motility and reduces nausea by blocking dopamine receptors. This combination helps alleviate symptoms like heartburn, stomach pain, and indigestion. Common side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Use this medication under medical supervision, particularly if you have severe liver, kidney, or heart conditions. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their healthcare provider before use. Regular follow-ups are recommended to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust dosage if necessary.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredients: Esomeprazole 40 mg, Levosulpiride 75 mg. Uses: Manages gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers. Mechanism of Action: Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid secretion, and Levosulpiride enhances gastrointestinal motility by blocking dopamine receptors. Common Side Effects: Headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dizziness. Precautions: Consult a doctor if you have severe liver, kidney, or heart conditions; not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

    How it works:

NEXPRO L CAPSULE helps treat peptic ulcers and acid reflux. It combines two actions: rabeprazole reduces stomach acid by blocking the proton pump (H+ K+ ATPase) on the surface of gastric parietal cells, while levosulpiride blocks dopamine D2 receptors in the gut. This action promotes the release of acetylcholine, which aids in gastric emptying and supports the healing of ulcers and esophageal lesions.

    Directions for use:

Take NEXPRO L CAPSULE as directed by your physician. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and duration based on your age, body weight, and medical condition.

    Warning & Precaution:

PREGNANCY NEXPRO L CAPSULE is not recommended for pregnant women. Consult your doctor before using it. BREASTFEEDING NEXPRO L CAPSULE is not advised for breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it. DRIVING AND OPERATING MACHINERY Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision after taking NEXPRO L CAPSULE.
