    PANTOSEC D TAB

Pantosec D Tablet combines Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, and Domperidone, a prokinetic and anti-emetic, to effectively treat GERD, peptic ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and symptoms like nausea, vomiting, acidity, heartburn, and bloating. Pantoprazole reduces gastric acid production, promoting healing of ulcers and esophageal lesions, while Domperidone enhances gastric motility and reduces nausea by blocking dopamine receptors. The tablet should be taken 15-30 minutes before meals as directed by a physician. Common side effects include dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, and headache. It is crucial for patients with liver, kidney, or heart conditions, and pregnant or breastfeeding women to consult a healthcare provider before use.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredients: Contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone. Usage: Treats GERD, peptic ulcers, reflux esophagitis, nausea, vomiting, and related symptoms like acidity and heartburn. Administration: Take 15-30 minutes before meals; dosage as prescribed by a physician. Precautions: Use with caution in patients with liver, kidney, or heart problems; consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Side Effects: Common side effects include dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, headache, and low sex drive.

    How it works:

PANTOSEC D TABLET contains two active ingredients: domperidone and pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic and anti-emetic medication that works by blocking dopamine, a chemical messenger, in the gut, brain, and spinal cord. This action helps to stimulate the gut, reduce acid reflux, and speed up the movement of food from the stomach into the intestines. Additionally, it inhibits nerve signal transmission between the vomiting centers and the brain, thereby reducing nausea and vomiting. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases gastric acid production by blocking the action of H+K+ATPase (proton pump), a protein membrane in the stomach lining. By lowering stomach acid levels, PANTOSEC D TABLET helps manage worsening ulcers, promotes healing of existing ulcers and esophageal lesions, and provides relief from gastrointestinal symptoms such as acidity, bloating, burping, and indigestion.

    Directions for use:

Take PANTOSEC D TABLET 15-30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your physician. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water—do not crush or chew it. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment based on your age, body weight, and medical condition. Do not discontinue PANTOSEC D TABLET unless your doctor advises you to do so.

    Warning & Precaution:

PREGNANCY PANTOSEC D TABLET should only be used during pregnancy if deemed necessary by your physician. Consult your doctor before use. BREASTFEEDING PANTOSEC D TABLET may be present in breast milk. It should only be used during breastfeeding if your physician considers it essential. Seek medical advice before taking it. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES PANTOSEC D TABLET does not impair your ability to drive or operate heavy machinery. However, if you experience any effects that affect your ability, avoid driving or handling heavy tools. ALCOHOL Avoid consuming alcohol while taking PANTOSEC D TABLET, as it may worsen your condition. KIDNEY Use PANTOSEC D TABLET with caution if you have kidney issues. Consult your doctor before use.
