KIDNEY DAPANORM M 5 Tablet is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe kidney disease and should be used with caution in those with acute kidney injury. Consult your doctor before use. LIVER DAPANORM M 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALLERGY Do not take DAPANORM M 5 Tablet if you are allergic to dapagliflozin, metformin, or any other components of this medicine. HEART DISEASE DAPANORM M 5 Tablet is not recommended for patients with recent heart attacks, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiovascular collapse (shock). Use with caution in patients with hypotension. Consult your doctor before use. USE IN PEDIATRICS The safety and effectiveness of DAPANORM M 5 Tablet in children and adolescents under 18 years of age have not been established. Consult your doctor before use.
