ALCOHOL Avoid alcohol while taking DAPARYL M 10/1000 Tablet, as it may increase the risk of lactic acidosis. Consult your doctor for guidance. KIDNEY DAPARYL M 10/1000 Tablet is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe kidney disease and should be used with caution in those with acute kidney injury. Consult your doctor before taking it. LIVER DAPARYL M 10/1000 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Consult your doctor before use. ALLERGY Do not take DAPARYL M 10/1000 Tablet if you are allergic to dapagliflozin, metformin, or any other ingredients of this medicine. HEART DISEASE DAPARYL M 10/1000 Tablet is not recommended for patients with a recent heart attack, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiovascular collapse (shock).
