Darif 7.5mg Tablet contains Darifenacin, which belongs to a class of medications called antimuscarinics. It is used to manage symptoms of an overactive bladder, including sudden urges to urinate, frequent urination, and urge incontinence. By blocking M3 muscarinic acetylcholine receptors responsible for bladder muscle contractions, Darif 7.5mg reduces muscle spasms in the bladder and urinary tract, helping to relax the bladder muscles and manage uncontrolled urination. This medication is typically taken once daily as directed by a healthcare provider. Patients with severe kidney or liver issues, urinary retention, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their healthcare provider before use. Common side effects include dry mouth, constipation, headache, and abdominal pain.
