    DORZOX T EYE DROPS

Dorzox T Eye Drops 5ml is a combination medication containing Dorzolamide 2% and Timolol 0.5%, designed to manage glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Dorzolamide works as a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, reducing the production of aqueous humor, while Timolol, a beta-blocker, helps lower intraocular pressure by decreasing fluid formation in the eye. This dual-action formulation is particularly beneficial for patients who have not responded adequately to beta-blocker therapy alone. Easy to apply, the drops provide effective pressure reduction, helping to prevent optic nerve damage and maintain vision. For optimal results, follow the prescribed dosage and consult your healthcare provider for any concerns.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredients: Contains Dorzolamide 2% and Timolol 0.5%, effective anti-glaucoma agents. Usage: Used to manage increased intraocular pressure due to glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Formulation: Available as a 5ml eye drop solution. Mechanism: Combines a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor and a beta-blocker to reduce fluid production and pressure in the eye. Benefits: Helps prevent optic nerve damage and potential vision loss associated with elevated eye pressure.

    How it works:

DORZOX T EYE DROPS reduces intraocular pressure by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (a type of lubricating eye fluid) in the eye. As a result, it reduces strain on the eyes and provides relief from unpleasant symptoms of ocular hypertension (such as eye pain, headache, or blurred vision).

    Directions for use:

Use DORZOX T EYE DROPS as advised by your physician. It is for ophthalmic use only. Wash your hands before and after application. Tilt your head slightly and gently pull the lower eyelid downwards. Instill a few drops of the medicine into the affected eye(s). Close your eyes and press the corner of your eye with your finger for a minute. Do not touch the tip of the dropper with your eye or other body surface to avoid contamination. After applying DORZOX T EYE DROPS, leave a time gap of at least 5 minutes before applying other eye drops or ointments. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before applying DORZOX T EYE DROPS and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon the severity of the disease condition. Do not stop using DORZOX T EYE DROPS without consulting your doctor, as the pressure within the eye may rise once again.
