How it works:
FLUCOLD TABLET relieves upper respiratory symptoms. Chlorpheniramine binds to the histamine H1 receptor and blocks its action, providing temporary relief from symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and watery and itchy eyes caused by histamine. Paracetamol alleviates pain by raising the pain threshold and reduces fever by acting on the heat-regulating center in the brain. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels, reducing blood flow to certain areas, which decreases swelling and allows nasal and respiratory passages to open up.
Directions for use:
Take FLUCOLD TABLET as advised by your physician. It can be taken with or without food. For tablets or capsules, swallow FLUCOLD TABLET with a glass of water without crushing or chewing it. For dispersible tablets, disperse the medicine in the specified quantity of water as mentioned on the label and consume immediately after reconstitution. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration of therapy based on your age, body weight, and severity of the infection.

PREGNANCY FLUCOLD TABLET should be used with caution in pregnant women. Consult your doctor before taking it. BREASTFEEDING FLUCOLD TABLET should be used with caution in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Do not drive or use any machines if you feel drowsy or dizzy after taking FLUCOLD TABLET. ALCOHOL Avoid consuming alcohol while taking FLUCOLD TABLET, as it may affect you more than usual. Use FLUCOLD TABLET with caution in patients with alcohol dependence. KIDNEY FLUCOLD TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems, trouble urinating, or urinary blockage. Consult your doctor before taking it. LIVER FLUCOLD TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver problems and viral hepatitis. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALLERGY Do not take FLUCOLD TABLET if you are allergic to Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, or any other ingredients of this medicine. LUNGS FLUCOLD TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with breathing problems like emphysema or chronic bronchitis. Use with caution in patients with other breathing problems like asthma. Consult your doctor before taking it. HEART DISEASE FLUCOLD TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with heart disease or high blood pressure.
