How it works:

ALCOHOL CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR:Avoid alcohol consumption while taking ERITEL LN 40MG TABLET, as it may lead to low blood pressure upon standing (orthostatic hypotension). KIDNEY USE WITH CAUTION:ERITEL LN 40MG TABLET should be used cautiously in patients with chronic renal insufficiency, impaired kidney function, bilateral renal artery stenosis, or stenosis of the artery to a single functioning kidney. LIVER CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR:ERITEL LN 40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver impairment, cholestasis, or biliary obstructive disorders. It should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate liver impairment or elevated liver enzymes. Consult your doctor before taking this medication. ALLERGY CONTRAINDICATED:Do not take ERITEL LN 40MG TABLET if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, or calcium channel blockers such as Amlodipine or Nifedipine.
