    GLIMY MV1 TAB

Glimy MV 1 Tablet combines Glimepiride, Metformin, and Voglibose to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus effectively. Glimepiride enhances insulin secretion from the pancreas, Metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, while Voglibose slows the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates, aiding in better blood glucose control. Typically taken once daily with meals, this combination helps maintain optimal blood glucose levels. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and hypoglycemia. Regular monitoring and adherence to a prescribed diet and exercise plan are essential for effective diabetes management.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredients: Contains Glimepiride 1 mg, Metformin 500 mg, and Voglibose 0.2 mg. Benefits: Manages type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and single-agent or second-line therapy with two drugs are insufficient to control blood sugar. Usage: Taken orally once daily with meals, as prescribed by a physician. Mechanism: Glimepiride stimulates insulin secretion, Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver, and Voglibose slows carbohydrate digestion and absorption. Safety: Not suitable for individuals with severe kidney or liver disease, type 1 diabetes, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding; consult a doctor before use.

    How it works:

GLIMY MV 1 TABLET is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glimepiride lowers blood glucose levels by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas. Metformin works by decreasing glucose production in the liver and reducing glucose absorption in the stomach and intestine. It also helps restore the body’s response to insulin. Voglibose inhibits the alpha-glucosidase enzyme, which breaks down complex carbohydrates into simple sugars. This slows down the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates in the small intestine, leading to reduced blood glucose levels in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
