    GLUCORYL M1 TAB

Glucoryl M 1mg Tablet is a combination of Glimepiride and Metformin, used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus effectively. Glimepiride stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin, while Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. This dual-action medication is ideal for patients who need more than diet and exercise to control their blood sugar levels. Common side effects include gastrointestinal issues and hypoglycemia. It is contraindicated for individuals with type 1 diabetes, severe kidney or liver disease, and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Regular monitoring and adherence to lifestyle changes are crucial for optimal results.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Dual Combination Therapy: Contains Glimepiride and Metformin for effective blood sugar control. Mechanism of Action: Stimulates insulin release and reduces liver glucose production. Effective for Type 2 Diabetes: Suitable when diet and exercise alone are insufficient. Common Side Effects: Hypoglycemia, nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, and dizziness. Precautions: Not recommended for type 1 diabetes, severe kidney/liver disease, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

    How it works:

GLUCORYL M 1MG TABLET controls blood glucose levels, where glimepiride works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas to lower blood glucose. Metformin works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestine, and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.
