How it works:
OLOTOP is an anti-allergic medication. It works by blocking the release of chemical messengers, such as histamines, in the eye that cause inflammation and irritation. Directions for use:
Apply OLOTOP as directed by your physician. For ophthalmic use only. Begin by washing your hands thoroughly. Tilt your head slightly backward and hold the tip of the container close to your eye. Gently pull down your lower eyelid and instill a few drops of OLOTOP as instructed. Close your eyes and gently press the inner corner of your eye for 2 minutes. If needed, repeat the process for the other eye. Wait at least 5 minutes before applying any other eye drops or ointments. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using OLOTOP and wait at least 10 minutes before reinserting them. Avoid touching the tip of the container with your eyes, eyelids, or surrounding areas to prevent contamination. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and duration of treatment based on your age, body weight, and health condition.

PREGNANCY OLOTOP should be used with caution during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this medication. BREASTFEEDING OLOTOP is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women.
