Avoid consuming tea, coffee, mineral water, or juice with OSTEOFOS 35MG TABLET. Do not lie down immediately after taking the tablet. It is also advisable not to take OSTEOFOS 35MG TABLET at bedtime. Remain upright (sitting, standing, or walking) for at least 30 minutes after taking OSTEOFOS 35MG TABLET, and do not lie down until after your first meal of the day. This helps prevent the medication from refluxing back into the esophagus. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration of treatment based on your age, body weight, and health condition. You may also be prescribed vitamin D or calcium supplements alongside OSTEOFOS 35MG TABLET to enhance your treatment.
