How it works:

Warning & Precaution:
PREGNANCY Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet is not recommended for use in pregnant women for gout management and should be used with caution in familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) only if clearly necessary. Women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during and for at least 3 months after stopping Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet. Consult your doctor before taking it. BREASTFEEDING Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women for gout management and should be used with caution for FMF only if clearly necessary. Consult your doctor before taking it. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness, which could affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALCOHOL Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet. Consult your doctor for more information. KIDNEY Use Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet with caution in patients with kidney problems. It is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment. Consult your doctor before taking it. LIVER Use Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet with caution in patients with liver problems. It is not recommended for use in patients with severely impaired liver disease. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALLERGY Do not take Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet if you are allergic to colchicine or any of the other ingredients in this medicine. HEART DISEASE Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet should be used with caution in patients with heart or vascular disease. Consult your doctor before taking it. USE IN PEDIATRICS Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet is not recommended for managing gout in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. It may be used for familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) in children under 5 years and adolescents (10-18 years) only after consulting your doctor. USE IN GERIATRICS Goutnil 0.5 mg tablet should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 70 years or above) after careful assessment of the potential benefits and risks.
