How it works:
ACIDEZ DSR CAPSULE contains two active ingredients: domperidone and pantoprazole. Domperidone, a prokinetic with anti-emetic properties, works by blocking dopamine, a chemical messenger in the gut, brain, and spinal cord. This action helps stimulate the gut, reduce acid reflux, and speed up the movement of food from the stomach to the intestines. Additionally, it prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking nerve signal transmission between the vomiting centers and the brain. Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, reduces gastric acid production by inhibiting the H+K+ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in the stomach lining. By decreasing stomach acid, ACIDEZ DSR CAPSULE helps manage ulcer progression, promotes healing of existing ulcers and esophageal lesions, and alleviates symptoms such as acidity, bloating, burping, and indigestion.
Directions for use:
Take ACIDEZ DSR CAPSULE 15-30 minutes before meals or as directed by your physician. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it.
