How it works:

LIVER OLKEM CT 40MG is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver disease, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), or biliary obstruction (problem in bile drainage). ALLERGY Do not take OLKEM CT 40MG if you are allergic to Chlorthalidone, Olmesartan, or any sulphonamide derivatives (e.g., sulfadiazine, sulfamethazine). HEART DISEASE OLKEM CT 40MG is not recommended for use in patients with heart failure or attack, cardiogenic shock, narrowing of the aortic heart valve, or severe low blood pressure. It should be used with caution in patients with coronary or cerebral arteriosclerosis and obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (heart muscle becomes abnormally thick).
