Pred Forte Ophthalmic Suspension is a potent anti-inflammatory eye drop containing prednisolone, a corticosteroid that effectively reduces inflammation in the eye. It is used to manage short-term eye inflammation in adults not caused by viral, bacterial, or fungal agents. The suspension alleviates symptoms such as redness, irritation, burning sensation, and swelling resulting from exposure to chemicals, heat, radiation, allergies, or foreign objects. To use, shake the bottle well, wash your hands, tilt your head back, and apply one or two drops in the affected eye as directed by your doctor. This product should be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women and is not recommended for children under 12 years.

How it works:
PRED FORTE works by inhibiting the production of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (immune cells involved in inflammation and allergic reactions). This helps prevent and manage inflammatory and allergic conditions of the eyes in affected individuals.
Directions for use:
Always apply PRED FORTE as directed by your doctor. It is for ophthalmic use only. Shake the bottle well before each use. Wash your hands and tilt your head backward, gently pulling the lower eyelid down to form a small pocket. Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze gently to release one or two drops into the affected eye. Avoid injury and contamination by keeping the tip of the bottle away from the eye. After applying, release the lower eyelid and close your eye for a few seconds.
