How it works:
VASOCON INJECTION is a potent cardiac stimulant that functions by binding to both alpha and beta receptors of the adrenergic system. This action stimulates the heart, enhancing its function and promoting smoother blood pumping. Additionally, it increases blood pressure in individuals with low blood pressure. VASOCON INJECTION also acts as a powerful bronchodilator, relaxing the smooth muscles of the airway tract. This effect alleviates breathing difficulties associated with anaphylactic reactions.
Directions for use:
VASOCON INJECTION will be administered only by a doctor or a trained healthcare professional. It can be given intravenously (into the vein), intramuscularly (into the muscle), or subcutaneously (under the skin on the anterior part of the thigh). In some cases, it may be administered intracamerally (into the eye) by an ophthalmologist before eye surgery, after properly diluting the medication with an ophthalmic irrigating solution to dilate the pupil. Your doctor will determine the correct dose, duration of therapy, and site of administration based on factors such as your age, body weight, and health condition. However, care should be taken to avoid administering VASOCON INJECTION in areas with low blood supply, such as fingers, toes, ears, nose, genitals, or buttocks.
