    RECLIDE XR 60 MG TABLET

Reclide XR 60mg Tablet is a medication containing Gliclazide, a sulfonylurea class antidiabetic agent, used to manage type II diabetes mellitus. It works by stimulating the pancreas to secrete more insulin and enhancing the body's sensitivity to insulin, resulting in lowered blood glucose levels. This medication is particularly useful for patients whose diabetes cannot be controlled by diet and exercise alone. Reclide XR 60mg is contraindicated for patients with type I diabetes, severe liver or kidney problems, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Common side effects include hypoglycemia, presenting as increased hunger, sweating, shakiness, and dizziness. It is recommended to carry sugary snacks to counteract potential hypoglycemic episodes. Other side effects may include headaches, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Regular blood sugar monitoring is essential to adjust the dosage and prevent severe hypoglycemia.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Active Ingredient: Gliclazide 60 mg, an antidiabetic agent. Indications: Used for the management of type II diabetes mellitus in adults when diet and exercise alone are insufficient. Mechanism: Enhances insulin secretion from the pancreas and increases insulin sensitivity, lowering blood glucose levels. Contraindications: Not suitable for individuals with type I diabetes, severe liver or kidney disease, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under 18. Side Effects: Common side effects include hypoglycemia, dizziness, headache, gastrointestinal disturbances, and rare allergic reactions.

    How it works:

RECLIDE MR 60MG TABLET effectively manages blood sugar levels. Gliclazide stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin, aiding in the processing of glucose in the blood. Additionally, it enhances the body’s sensitivity to insulin, improving the utilization of circulating glucose and leading to a reduction in blood sugar levels.

    Directions for use:

Take the RECLIDE MR 60MG TABLET before meals or as directed by your physician. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dosage and duration based on your age, body weight, and medical condition.
