This combination is particularly beneficial for patients whose diabetes is not adequately controlled by diet, exercise, and monotherapy. However, it is contraindicated in patients with type I diabetes, severe heart failure, bladder cancer, and severe liver or kidney diseases, and is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. PREGNANCY RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant women. BREASTFEEDING RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Do not drive or operate any heavy tools or machines if your ability is affected by RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET. ALCOHOL Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET as it may increase the risk of unwanted side effects. KIDNEY RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe kidney problems. It should be used in patients with other kidney problems. LIVER RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver problems. It should be used in patients with other liver problems. ALLERGY Do not take RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET if you are allergic to Gliclazide, Metformin, Pioglitazone, or to any other sulfonylureas (e.g., glyburide, glimepiride) or sulphonamides (e.g., sulfasalazine). LUNGS RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with breathing problems (such as asthma or COPD). HEART DISEASE RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe heart problems (such as heart failure). It should be used in patients with other heart problems. USE IN PEDIATRICS RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). USE IN GERIATRICS RECLIMET PG 60MG TABLET should be used in elderly patients (aged above 65 years).
