How it works:
REKOOL L 20MG TABLET helps reduce stomach ulcers, nausea, and acid reflux. Rabeprazole works by inhibiting the secretion of stomach acid through blocking the proton pump (H+ K+ ATPase) at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. Levosulpiride acts by blocking dopamine D2 receptors in the CTZ (chemoreceptor trigger zone in the medulla oblongata, which can trigger vomiting) and in the gut, facilitating the movement of food from the stomach into the intestines. This combination promotes the healing of ulcers and inflammatory lesions in the stomach and esophagus.
Directions for use:
