RELENT COLD SYRUP helps relieve cold symptoms by combining two active ingredients: phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine. Chlorpheniramine binds to histamine H1 receptors, blocking the action of histamine and providing temporary relief from symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, and watery or itchy eyes caused by histamine release.
