It should be used with caution if you have certain kidney diseases such as renal artery stenosis or have undergone a kidney transplant. LIVER PROLOMET T 50 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver problems such as cholestasis or biliary obstruction. HEART DISEASE PROLOMET T 50 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe heart conditions such as severe bradycardia, heart block greater than first degree, cardiogenic shock, decompensated cardiac failure, or sick sinus syndrome.
