HEART DISEASE REVELOL XL 50 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe bradycardia, low blood pressure, second or third-degree heart block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated cardiac failure, or sick sinus syndrome (unless a permanent pacemaker is present) and should be used with caution in patients with 1st-degree heart block, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, heart failure, diseases of the heart valve, or enlarged heart muscle.
