How it works:
REXIPRA PLUS TABLET is a combination of Clonazepam and Escitalopram. Escitalopram is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases serotonin levels, a chemical messenger that improves mood.
Directions for use:
Take REXIPRA PLUS TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with water. Do not crush or chew the medication. Your physician will decide the correct dose and duration of REXIPRA PLUS TABLET based on your age, body weight, and disease condition.
Warning & Precaution:
PREGNANCY REXIPRA PLUS TABLET should only be used in pregnant women if considered clearly necessary by the doctor. If REXIPRA PLUS TABLET is taken in the third trimester (last 3 months), it may cause trouble with breathing, body temperature changes, bluish skin, fits, feeding difficulties, vomiting, low blood sugar, stiff or floppy muscles, irritability, lethargy, vivid reflexes, tremor, jitteriness, constant crying, sleepiness, and sleeping difficulties. Consult your doctor before taking REXIPRA PLUS TABLET. BREASTFEEDING REXIPRA PLUS TABLET should only be used in breastfeeding women if considered clearly necessary by the doctor as it may pass through the breast milk. Consult your doctor before taking REXIPRA PLUS TABLET. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Do not drive or operate any machines if you feel impaired ability to judge or think after taking REXIPRA PLUS TABLET. ALCOHOL Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking REXIPRA PLUS TABLET as it may cause unpredictable side effects. KIDNEY REXIPRA PLUS TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney diseases. Consult your doctor before taking it. LIVER REXIPRA PLUS TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with significant liver disease and should be used with caution in other liver diseases. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALLERGY Do not take REXIPRA PLUS TABLET if you are allergic to Clonazepam, Escitalopram, other benzodiazepines, or any other ingredients of this medicine. LUNGS REXIPRA PLUS TABLET should be used with caution in patients with lung disease. Consult your doctor before taking it. HEART DISEASE REXIPRA PLUS TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with heart diseases such as abnormal heart rhythm. REXIPRA PLUS TABLET should be used with caution in patients with coronary heart disease, recent heart attacks, low heart rate, and fast or irregular heartbeat.
