How it works:
BIMAT LS effectively lowers intraocular pressure by enhancing the drainage of aqueous humor from the eyes with bimatoprost. This alleviates eye strain and reduces elevated intraocular pressure.
Directions for use:
Follow your physician's instructions for using BIMAT LS. This medication is for ophthalmic use only. Before application, wash your hands thoroughly. Administer a few drops of BIMAT LS into the affected eye. Close your eyes and gently press the corner of your eye with your finger for one minute. To prevent contamination, avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or any other surface. Allow at least 5 minutes between applying BIMAT LS and any other eye drops or ointments. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using BIMAT LS and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them. Your doctor will determine the correct dosage and duration based on your age, body weight, and medical condition. Do not discontinue use of BIMAT LS without consulting your doctor, as this may cause intraocular pressure to increase again.

PREGNANCY Before using BIMAT LS, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, suspect you might be pregnant, or are planning to conceive. BREASTFEEDING BIMAT LS is not recommended for use by breastfeeding women due to potential passage into breast milk. Consult your doctor before using this medication. DRIVING AND OPERATING MACHINERY Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience blurred vision or other visual disturbances after using BIMAT LS. KIDNEY Use BIMAT LS cautiously if you have kidney disease. Consult your doctor before starting treatment. LIVER Use BIMAT LS cautiously if you have liver disease. Consult your doctor before starting treatment. ALLERGY Do not use BIMAT LS if you are allergic to Bimatoprost. LUNGS Use BIMAT LS cautiously if you have respiratory problems. Consult your doctor before starting treatment. HEART DISEASE Use BIMAT LS cautiously if you have heart problems such as low blood pressure or low heart rate.
