ALCOHOL Avoid alcohol consumption while taking XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET, as it increases the risk of lactic acidosis. KIDNEY XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET is not recommended for patients with moderate to severe kidney disease and should be used with caution in those with acute kidney injury. Always consult your doctor before taking this medication. LIVER Patients with liver disease should use XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET cautiously. Talk to your doctor before starting this medication. ALLERGY Do not take XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET if you are allergic to Dapagliflozin, Metformin, or any other ingredients in this medicine. HEART DISEASE XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET is not recommended for patients who have had a recent heart attack, heart failure, cardiovascular collapse (shock), or those with hypotension. USE IN PEDIATRICS The safety and effectiveness of XIGDUO XR 10/1000MG TABLET in children and adolescents under 18 years of age have not been established. Contact your doctor before use.
