Take a deep breath through your mouth while pressing firmly on the top of the canister to release a puff of medicine. The number of puffs will be determined by your medical condition. Wait at least 30 seconds between each inhalation. If using other respiratory devices (such as rotacaps, respicaps, or transcaps): Insert the capsule into the chamber or hole in the device. Release the medicine from the capsule by rotating the base of the device or pressing the designated button as described in the leaflet. After each inhalation, remove the device from your mouth and hold your breath for about 10 seconds or as long as comfortable. Exhale gently. If you didn't inhale all the medicine in one breath, inhale again through the mouthpiece. After use, wipe the mouthpiece with a dry tissue and close the device.
