    ZIGLIM M2 TAB

Ziglim M 2mg Tablet combines Glimepiride and Metformin to control blood sugar in Type 2 diabetes. Glimepiride promotes insulin production, and Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver. This combination is used when a single therapy doesn’t provide adequate glycemic control. Common side effects include gastrointestinal issues and hypoglycemia. Regular monitoring is important, and this medication is not suitable for individuals with severe kidney or liver problems. Always take as prescribed and follow a proper diet and exercise regimen.

    Product Highlights and Usage:

Combination Therapy: Contains Glimepiride 2 mg and Metformin 500 mg. Indication: Used to manage Type 2 diabetes when diet and exercise are insufficient. Mechanism: Glimepiride increases insulin secretion, while Metformin reduces glucose production in the liver and enhances insulin sensitivity. Tablet Form: Suitable for adults, taken orally as directed by a physician. Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, and risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

    How it works:

ZIGLIM M 2MG TABLET helps control blood glucose levels through a combination of two active ingredients: Glimepiride and Metformin. Glimepiride increases insulin release from the pancreas, which helps lower blood sugar levels. Metformin works by reducing glucose production in the liver, slowing glucose absorption from the intestines, and improving the body's sensitivity to insulin.

    Directions for use:
