How it works:
CANSOFT CL VAG SUPPOSITORY is effective in managing both bacterial and fungal genital infections. It works by eliminating the microorganisms responsible for the infection. This suppository contains two active ingredients: clindamycin and clotrimazole. Clindamycin is an antibacterial agent that inhibits the production of specific proteins essential for bacterial survival, thereby preventing the growth and multiplication of bacteria. Clotrimazole is an antifungal agent that inhibits the production of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane. This action kills the fungi and prevents the further spread of the infection.
Directions for use:
Use CANSOFT CL VAG SUPPOSITORY as directed by your physician. This medication is for intravaginal use only. Lie down on your back with your legs wide apart and carefully insert the suppository deep into the vagina. Avoid moving quickly, running, or standing immediately after insertion. Wash your hands before and after inserting the medicine. Do not use this medication during your menstrual period.
