Consult your doctor for advice. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Use CILNIBLU T TABLET with caution. Do not drive or operate machinery if you experience dizziness after taking it. ALCOHOL Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol while taking CILNIBLU T TABLET, as it may cause low blood pressure when standing up (orthostatic hypotension). KIDNEY Use CILNIBLU T TABLET with caution in patients with kidney problems. Consult your doctor before taking it if you have chronic renal insufficiency or impaired kidney function. LIVER Consult your doctor before taking CILNIBLU T TABLET if you have liver impairment or elevated liver enzymes. It is not recommended for severe liver impairment or biliary obstructive disorders. ALLERGY Do not take CILNIBLU T TABLET if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, or calcium channel antagonists such as amlodipine or nifedipine. HEART DISEASE Consult your doctor before taking CILNIBLU T TABLET if you have heart conditions such as advanced aortic stenosis, aortic or mitral stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, angina, ischemic cardiopathy, ischemic cardiovascular disease, or congestive heart failure. USE IN PEDIATRICS CILNIBLU T TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Consult your child’s doctor for advice.
