ALCOHOL Avoid alcohol consumption while taking CILACAR T 40MG TABLET as it may cause orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure upon standing). KIDNEY CILACAR T 40MG TABLET should be used carefully in patients with chronic renal insufficiency or impaired kidney function. Consult your doctor before taking CILACAR T 40MG TABLET. LIVER CILACAR T 40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver impairment, cholestasis, or biliary obstructive disorders. Use with caution in those with mild to moderate liver impairment or elevated liver enzymes. Consult your doctor before taking CILACAR T 40MG TABLET. ALLERGY Do not take CILACAR T 40MG TABLET if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, or calcium channel antagonists such as amlodipine or nifedipine. HEART DISEASE CILACAR T 40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with advanced aortic stenosis, aortic or mitral stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, angina, ischemic cardiopathy, ischemic cardiovascular disease, or congestive heart failure. Consult your doctor before taking CILACAR T 40MG TABLET. USE IN PEDIATRICS CILACAR T 40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years).
