PANOTROY DSR 10/40MG CAPSULE contains two active ingredients: domperidone and pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic medication with anti-emetic properties that works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger called dopamine in the gut, brain, and spinal cord. This action stimulates gut movement, reduces acid reflux, and accelerates the passage of food from the stomach to the intestines. Additionally, it helps prevent nausea and vomiting by blocking the transmission of nerve signals between the brain and vomiting centers. Pantoprazole, on the other hand, is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the activity of a protein membrane known as H+K+ATPase (proton pump) located in the stomach lining. Directions for use:

LIVER PANOTROY DSR 10/40MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with moderate to severe liver impairment and should be used with caution in those with mild liver problems. ALLERGY Do not take PANOTROY DSR 10/40MG CAPSULE if you are allergic to Domperidone, Pantoprazole, or any other proton pump inhibitors (such as rabeprazole, omeprazole).
