ALCOHOL Avoid alcohol while taking TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET as it may cause low blood pressure upon standing (orthostatic hypotension). KIDNEY Use TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET with caution in patients with chronic renal insufficiency, impaired kidney function, bilateral renal artery stenosis, or stenosis of the artery to a single functioning kidney. Consult your doctor before use. LIVER TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET is not recommended for patients with severe liver impairment, cholestasis, or biliary obstructive disorders. Use with caution in patients with mild to moderate liver impairment and elevated liver enzymes. Consult your doctor before use. ALLERGY Do not take TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET if you are allergic to Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, or other calcium channel antagonists such as amlodipine or nifedipine. HEART DISEASE TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with advanced aortic stenosis. Use with caution in patients with aortic or mitral stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, angina, ischaemic cardiopathy or cardiovascular disease, and congestive heart failure. Consult your doctor before use. USE IN PEDIATRICS TELI CL 10/40MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years. Consult your child’s doctor for advice.
