How it works:
TELMA LN 40/20 TABLET helps lower high blood pressure through two mechanisms. Cilnidipine blocks calcium entry into blood vessels, reducing their contraction and thereby lowering blood pressure. DRIVING AND USING MACHINES Use with caution: Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy after taking TELMA LN 40/20 TABLET. ALCOHOL Consult your doctor: Avoid drinking alcohol while taking TELMA LN 40/20 TABLET, as it may lead to low blood pressure when standing up from a sitting or lying position (orthostatic hypotension). KIDNEY Use with caution: TELMA LN 40/20 TABLET should be used cautiously in patients with chronic renal insufficiency or impaired kidney function, including those with bilateral renal artery stenosis or stenosis of the artery to a single functioning kidney. Consult your doctor before use. LIVER Consult your doctor: TELMA LN 40/20 TABLET is not recommended for patients with severe liver conditions such as cholestasis or biliary obstructive disorders.
