How it works:
BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET helps to reduce high blood pressure through the combined action of amlodipine and bisoprolol. Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, inhibits the movement of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle, which relaxes the blood vessels and improves blood flow to the heart muscles, resulting in lower blood pressure. Bisoprolol, a beta-blocker, reduces the force of contraction of the heart muscles by blocking the effects of adrenaline, making the heart beat more easily and thereby lowering blood pressure.
Directions for use:
Always take BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET as directed by your physician. You can take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it. Do not stop taking BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET without consulting your doctor.
Warning & Precaution:
ALLERGY Do not take BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET if you are allergic to Amlodipine, Bisoprolol, or other calcium-channel blockers such as nifedipine, felodipine, or nimodipine. PREGNANCY BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET is not recommended during pregnancy as it may cause serious harm, including an increased risk of miscarriage, premature birth, low blood sugar levels, and decreased heart rate in the newborn. Consult your doctor before taking this medication. BREASTFEEDING BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET is not recommended for breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor for advice before using this medication. LUNGS BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET is not recommended for patients with asthma or chronic lung disease. Consult your doctor for advice before taking this medication. HEART DISEASE BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET is not recommended for patients with conditions such as cardiogenic shock, aortic stenosis, chest pain at rest, slow or irregular heart rate, very low blood pressure, heart failure, or a recent heart attack. Consult your doctor before using this medication. KIDNEY Use BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET with caution if you have severe kidney disease or are undergoing dialysis. Consult your doctor for guidance before taking this medication. LIVER Patients with liver impairment should use BISOHEART AM 2.5MG TABLET with caution.
