How it works:
AEROCORT FORTE ROTACAP combines two medications: beclomethasone and levosalbutamol. Beclomethasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that prevents the release of chemicals in the airways responsible for inflammation and swelling. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes and widens the smooth muscles of the airways. Together, these medications reduce airway inflammation, enhance airflow, and make breathing easier.
Directions for use:
Use AEROCORT FORTE ROTACAP as directed by your doctor, continuing every day until advised otherwise. This medication is intended solely for inhalation through the mouth and should not be inhaled through the nose. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the number of inhalations and the timing between doses. To use, insert the capsule into the chamber of the inhalation device and pierce it according to the device’s instructions. Place the mouthpiece between your teeth, close your mouth tightly, and inhale deeply and rapidly through your mouth. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, or as long as comfortable, then exhale normally. Repeat this process for additional inhalations as needed. After finishing, rinse your mouth with water and either spit it out or brush your teeth.
